Very elegant place to stay. Right in the heart of Cleveland State University, a safe area of the city. A few great restaurants right next door!! Safe complex, easy instructions to get there, great parking.
A fantastic experience! AMH Properties was so helpful and responsive to us! The unit was very clean and right in the middle of Cleveland State and Playhouse Square so I could see all that downtown has to offer! I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect spot for a week working near the CLE Airport.. Walking distance to RTA train; also super close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Apartment is perfect. Quiet, well appointed, and comfortable. Andrea & AMH Properties are a fantastic team – super responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again if my travels take me back to CLE. Highly recommended.
My experience with this company has been absolutely amazing! I was at this beautiful location for almost 4 weeks. They have made my stay a breeze and accommodated my son & I the entire time while we needed to be in the area, near the hospital. Thank you!

This place was so private, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Just about anything I needed was there. Definitely a must if you are needing a place to stay in this area!! It was super nice for me, as I am a travel nurse and this was close to both hospitals.
The neighborhood, the quality of the apartment, and how affordable it is- AMH Properties is simply unbeatable. Since my first experience with them, I have continued to reach out to them when I am traveling for work. This was definitely one of the best experiences that I’ve had.
This apartment is well maintained and the neighborhood is very nice. The location is prime- as everything you need is literally minutes away. I was in town working for 3 weeks at the Hall of Fame. Andrea and AMH Properties were extremely pleasant to work with and we would definitely look to reserve another property of theirs when we return to this area.
This was a great 2-bedroom apartment that felt secluded despite being just minutes from a lot of things to do. This is the 2nd place I’ve stayed at by AMH Properties and both have been great. The bed is comfortable- with plenty of room, fast wifi, all you need in a kitchen to cook just about anything. You really can’t ask for more, but with a very affordable rate- you get it anyhow. I will continue to stay at their places going forward.
Loved this property. Working with this company was great- they provide you with very detailed instructions about the apartment and about parking. The actual property was spotless- you could tell it was freshly cleaned from top to bottom! Everything you could have needed was provided. Wonderful experience, it made my work trip so easy.
